Andrea Valerie Dicke, age 72, of Elkton, MD passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024. She was born on May 25, 1952 in Baltimore, MD to the late Troy E. Rowe, Sr. and June Valerie (Rose) Siarkowski.
Andrea was a member of Theatre Guild and Screen Actors Guild. She worked on many Broadway shows and movies where she used her talents as a hairdresser and designed their wigs. She was also very skilled when it came to cosmetics for the actors. Andrea was very artistic and enjoyed doing many different crafts. She had a great love for animals, especially cats. Andrea will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Andrea is survived by her sister, Joy Rowe and her husband, Mark Broomer; and brother, Troy Rowe, Jr.
In addition to her parents, Andrea is preceded in death by her husband, Mark Dicke.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to “Cecil County Animal Services” and send in care of R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 259 East Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921.
