Alice Specht, 87, of Chesapeake City, MD, formerly of Fort Thomas, KY, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2013.
Born October 17, 1926 in Covington, KY, Alice was the daughter of the late William and Ann (Morrison) Fraser, originally from Aberdeen, Scotland. Alice was always proud of her early work as the executive secretary to the Vice President of Cincinnati Gas and Electric Company. She loved shopping and enjoyed her chocolates, jewelry, knitting, bagpipe music and travel.
Alice is survived by her son, Eric Specht and his wife, Holly of Fort Thomas, KY; daughter, Heather Blackiston of Chesapeake City, MD; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Specht and Taylor and Cameron Blackiston. Including her parents, Alice was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Clifford Specht, Jr. who passed away in 1986 and her grandson, Nicholas Specht.
