Adrienne N. Cataldi, age 31, of Newark, DE, passed away on Monday, February 23, 2015 in Lewes, DE. She was born on August 30, 1983 in Wilmington, DE, to Alan and Rebecca (Stanaland) Cataldi.

She worked as a medical secretary, but also trained in and enjoyed cosmetology. She would often do the hair, nails, and make up for her friends and family for many special occasions. Ever the movie buff, she would attend shows or simply watch from home, retelling the scenes much to the discontent of others around her. She loved the beach, and spent much time at the family home in Lewes. What Adrienne enjoyed the most, was being an Aunt, and loving and enjoying her time with her nephews, who will miss her dearly.

She is survived by her parents, Alan and Rebecca, of Newark, DE; sisters, Lauren Cataldi-May and husband Jeffrey, of Smyrna, DE, and Samantha Aleman and husband A.J., of Newark, DE; grandparents Ottavio and Doris Cataldi of Barefoot Bay, FL, and James and Janet Stanaland, of Wilmington, DE; and four nephews, Jacob, William, Ryan, and Dylan.

A Memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Newark United Methodist Church, 69 East Main Street, Newark, DE 19711. Family and friends may visit two hours prior in the visitor’s lounge beginning at 10AM. Burial will be held privately.
