Bob Foard has lived in the Chesapeake City area his entire life. He is a graduate of Bohemia Manor High School in Chesapeake City, the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, and Towson State University in Baltimore.

A licensed funeral director since 1975, he is a past President of the Maryland State Board of Morticians, and a member of both the Maryland and Delaware Funeral Directors Associations. He is also a member of the Monument Builders Association of North America and the Cremation Association of North America (CANA).

Known for his active commitment to the surrounding communities, Bob has also served as President of the Rising Sun Lions Club and the Rising Sun Business Association, President of Newark Morning Rotary, President of Newark Senior Center Board of Directors, a member of Cecil County Chamber of Commerce, and Master Counselor of the De Molay Lodge in Elkton.

Bob and his wife, Patti, have two children, Whitney Montana and Madison Taylor.
