Millie is an Administrative Assistant here at R.T. Foard and lives in Rising Sun. She grew up in Elkton and graduated from Elkton High School. Millie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Operations Management online from American InterContinental University. She also holds a Maryland Life Producer License. Millie worked in the financial industry for 35 years and after a very short retirement period decided to start a new career. She started with R.T. Foard in September of 2022.

Millie and her husband John, have one son, Michael. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, drawing, cooking, baking, and taking their cat, Jace for walks in the park.
