Colleen is a lifelong Cecil County resident where she grew up on a local horse farm. She has two beautiful teen daughters and a spunky pup named Richard with whom she spends a lot of her time with. She graduated from Rising Sun Highschool in 2004 and then went on to attend Salisbury University where she graduated in 2008 with her Business Administration Degree. Colleen is currently pursuing her Mortuary Science Degree and will begin classes at CCBC in the fall to obtain her degree. When Colleen is not working or spending time with her children, you can find her with her best friends who are always up for an adventure or a good time. Her motto is “life is for living” and she makes sure that she enjoys life to the fullest!
