William P. Schlingloff, age 85, of Hockessin, DE, passed away on April 10, 2012 at Regal Heights Health Care Center. He was born in Queens, NY on November 19, 1926 to the late Paul and Herta (Schneider) Schlingloff.
William spent over 40 years in Florida where he worked for Palm Beach County in the Surveyors Office. He retired in 1988. William loved attending church and had a passion for flowers and yard work. He also loved animals and children. William was a kind and loving man who will be greatly missed.
William is survived by his loving wife, Joyce Schlingloff of Newark, DE; stepson, Douglas Brewer, his wife Bev and his two daughters, EmmaLeigh and Laura; and stepdaughter, Lisa Nokes, her husband Troy and her daughter, Amanda.
At the request of the family, services will be private.
