Born on May 31, 1935, in Kingsport, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Ralph and Alice (née Price) Mull.
Bill dedicated much of his life to his craft as a skilled electrician. He was a proud and longtime member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 323, where he built not only a respected career but also lasting friendships. He took great pride in his work and the contributions he made throughout his years in the trade.

He also faithfully followed his favorite Philadelphia sports teams, cheering on the Phillies and Eagles through the years. His outgoing personality and quick wit left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
Bill is survived by his daughter, Kathy Hall; sisters, Peggy Cox and Beverly Mull,; and his cherished grandchildren, Gerald Pierce and Matthew McKay. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Jessee Mull and second wife, Sandy Hardy; brothers, Burl “Bud” Mull and Ralph L. Mull.
Above all, Bill will be remembered for his steady presence, his sense of humor, and the many connections he made throughout his life. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him.
