Tiffany Dawn Niehorster, age 32 of Philadelphia, PA lost her life on August 30, 2025.
She was born on June 11, 1993 in Hartford, CT to Samantha (Kaufman) Carroll and
the late Karl Hans Niehorster. Tiffany attended John Dickenson High School in
Newark, DE.

Tiffany was a vibrant soul who brought light into the world. She was funny, creative,
kind, and sweet. She travelled to Europe and Asia in her high school years and
enjoyed competitive swimming, soccer, horseback riding and cheerleading as well as
cosmetology and an avid love for music and the arts. Tiffany leaves behind her
beloved son, Liam who she adored. Tiffany battled with years of addiction and had 9
months of recovery before she passed. Cause of death is yet to be determined.

Tiffany is survived by her mother, Samantha Carroll and her husband, Tracey; son,
Liam Niehorster; siblings: Chloe, Devon, Caden, Ashton, and Erika; maternal
grandparents, Sandy and Paul Weinberg; and paternal grandmother, Jackie
Niehorster.

A celebration of Tiffany’s life will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 11:00 AM
at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 111 S. Queen Street, Rising Sun, MD 21911. Family
and friends may attend the visitation beginning at 10:00 AM.
