







Ronald Gary Smith, Jr., 50, of Elkton, MD passed away suddenly March 28, 2016 at his home.
Born September 28, 1965 in Havre de Grace, MD, Ronald was the son of Ronald G. Smith, Sr. and Helen Louise (Ewing) Smith. Ronald enjoyed coaching volleyball for several schools and clubs in both Maryland and Delaware. He was a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu, which he was very proud of. Ronald cherished the time he spent with his wonderful family and friends, especially during the holidays.
Including his parents, Ronald is survived by his daughters, Jaclyn Phillips and her husband, Joshua and Chantel Garzia; son, Daniel Christian Smith; three grandchildren, Gracen, Nora, and Sadie Phillips; brother, Greg Smith; and sister, Lisa Smith.
A family coordinated memorial service will be held at 11am Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Pleasant View Baptist Church, 150 Downin Lane, Port Deposit, MD 21904. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to your local Non-Kill Animal Shelter.
