I worked closely with Rick at ATK / Thiokol for many years. He supported me in my planning responsibilities always willing to help in any difficult situation. He was the heart & soul of the shipping & receiving departments, keeping those military rocket motors and parts moving. He was known by many as Slick Rick ( or Slickster ). I think most of you who knew him know that was the perfect name. My condolences to the McHugh family. Rick was be dearly missed by all. RIP my friend

My condolences to Rick's Family I know he will be missed terribly. We had a lot of good times together for many years. Rick would go on many trips with my Husband Paul, me, and many other friends to Surfside Beach, and Mexico. We also spent a lot of time playing blackjack. We also met his wonderful mother, stepdad, and sister on a trip to their bed and breakfast. (They were so nice!) We had He lived life to the fullest and hopefully enjoyed it all. He was a good friend. May your good memories help you through this loss.

I worked with Rick for many years in the Shipping and Receiving/Bonded Stores area of the plant. He was such a great person to work with - always prepared and ready to help. I had seen him once since I retired ten years ago. Always smiling. Miss you, Rick.
