Otis Grazier, Jr. age 73 of Elkton, MD and formerly of Newport News, VA, passed away on December 10, 2019. He was born on September 29, 1946 in Newport News, VA to the late Otis Grazier, Sr. and Pauline (Taylor) Grazier.

Otis graduated from Huntington High School in Newport News, VA in 1964. After graduation, he attended Prince Georges Community College where he achieved his Associates Degree in Liberal Arts. He went on to serve in the United States Air Force from 1965-1969.

In addition to his father and mother, Otis is preceded in death by his grandmother, Ruth Pope Taylor, and his son, Reginald Grazier.

Services for Otis will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
