

















Norma Jean Brammer “Jean”, age 74, of Havre de Grace, Maryland, passed away on May 31, 2016. She was born on August 15, 1941 to the late Thomas Clarence and Ila Pauline Bartlett Comer in West Grove, Pennsylvania.
Jean worked as a marketing director for radio sales for, AM “Oldies 97”, WAMD radio station in Aberdeen, MD. She was also a beautician, real estate agent, and homemaker. In her free time, Jean was an active member of her church and enjoyed gardening and painting. Some say she was a very talented artist.
Jean is survived by her son, Dwain E. Brammer of Conowingo, MD; daughter, Karen Denise Blanchard and her husband, Michael of Perryville, MD; brother, Thomas Comer and his wife, Ardis Elizabeth of Harrison, AK; sisters: Brenda Stotts and her husband, Roger of Phoenix, AZ, Sandra Abrams of Coudersport, PA; three grandchildren: Timothy Brammer, Amber Barney, and Christopher Timm; and four great grandchildren.
A service will be held on Monday, June 6, 2016 at 11:00 AM at First Baptist of Havre de Grace, 108 South Stokes Street, Havre de Grace, MD 21078. A visitation will be held one hour prior beginning at 10:00 AM where family and friends are encouraged to attend. Burial will follow the service and there will be a procession to Oxford Cemetery in Oxford, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution checks can be made to “First Baptist Church of Havre de Grace” and sent c/o R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 111 South Queen Street, Rising Sun, MD 21911.
