Michael Joseph Ford, Sr. age 47 of Elkton, MD passed away on July 7, 2025. He was born on December 21, 1977 in Havre de Grace, MD to Taunia Rose (Holbrook) Ford and the late Timmy Russell Ford.
Michael served in the Army National Guard for 8 years after graduating high school. He later worked at Holman Logistics for over 10 years as a Heavy Equipment Operator. Michael was a simple man who enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, and kayaking. He was drawn to Sci-Fi movies and documentaries. Michael’s biggest joys of his life were his children and family. He will be deeply missed.
Michael is survived by his wife, Joyce Ford; children: Michael Ford, Jr., Samantha Ford, and Madison Ford; granddaughter, Nova Nebroski; mother, Taunia Ford; brother, Tom Ford; and sister, Jennifer Lepe and her husband, Byron.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his uncle, Richard Bare.
Services for Michael will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
