Matthew Harris Keebler, 37, passed away suddenly April 21, 2014.
Matt was born in West Chester on Feb. 16, 1977, and graduated from Oxford Area High School. He was a talented car audio technician and mechanic.
He enjoyed working on cars, fishing and skateboarding. Matt was a member of State Line Baptist Church. A loving father and husband, he will be dearly missed by his family and many friends.
Matt is survived by his loving wife and high school sweetheart, Neisha (Leid) Keebler; his daughter, Ashlee Lynn Keebler of Oxford; his mother, Sandra Keebler and stepfather Lewis Henson Sr. of Elkton, Md.; his father, Larry Bailey of Easton, Md.; three sisters, Beccy Campbell, Bethany Harvey and Lilly Bailey; a brother, Lewis Henson, Jr.; five nieces, four nephews and a close knit family of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Arthur J. Henson; his grandfather, John L. Keebler, Jr. and grandparents, Elwood and Marie Kerns.
A service honoring his life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 26th, at State Line Baptist Church, 560 Chrome Road, Rising Sun, MD 21911, with a visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening April 25th, at the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made payable to the Ashlee Keebler Fund and mailed to R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 111 S. Queen St., Rising Sun, MD 21911.
