It was very sad to read of the passing of my friend Ken Rash. He and I had many great days working at Avon. We both worked up the ranks to become Division Sales Managers. He was a friendly competitor who was loved and highly respected by everyone. My deepest sympathy to the Rash family. May he rest in peace.

Oh, how Ken will be missed! We were good friends for over thirty-five years. As avid lovers of tennis, we frequently enjoyed discussing matches played on tv. I often visited Ken at his NJ Shore home and at his winter retreat in Naples, FL; the latter being a haven for him to continuously play tennis. Ken had a sharp mind and since we were like minded on social and political issues never had an argument during our long friendship. He enriched my life!

I got to spend some memorable vacations with Ken in Europe, the Caribbean, and the US. He was kind to everyone and always had a smile on his face. I was lucky to be able to spend good times with him and I will surely miss him.

So sorry to hear of Ken's passing....he was my Division Manager many years ago with Avon in New Jersey. Ken was a real "people person" and a terrific manager -- I'll miss his laugh -- he was a great guy!

He will be sorely missed! He welcomed me into his family with open arms. Not immediately though. I still remember what he said to me when I first met him. Apparently it was his M.O.. He put me on the spot and asked what my intentions were with his granddaughter. I guess the answer to that question is crystal clear after 3 kids and over five years of marriage later. You will always hold a special place in our hearts!
