Joshua E. Titter, age 28 of Newark, DE passed away suddenly on March 20, 2018. He was born on January 3, 1990 in Newark, DE to Edward B. Titter, Jr. and Kimberly R. (French) Titter.
Josh was a free spirit and had a good heart. He enjoyed working on cars and riding dirt bikes with his friends. He also had a passion for tattooing. Josh had a special relationship with his brother, Cody and they cherished their time spent together. He was a good son, brother, and friend and will be missed by many.
Josh is survived by his parents: Edward B. Titter, Jr. and Kimberly R. Titter; brother, Cody Titter; sister, Kala Mullins; nephew, Christopher Mullins; nieces: Brooke and Aubrey Mullins; and his good friend, Josh Schmitz.
Services for Josh will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.

For as many reasons as I want to cry and mourn, I hear Josh in my head to find a reason to smile instead.
