John Patrick O’Hara Sr.

John Patrick O’Hara, Sr., age 80 of Elkton, MD, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 27, 2024. He was born on July 11, 1944, in Dartford, England. John was the son of the late John Joseph O’Hara, and Sarah Rita (Donahue) O’Hara.

John is survived by his wife of 60 years, Jacqueline A. O’Hara; children: Michael O’Hara (wife, Ellie), Maryanne Snyder (husband, Rich), and John Patrick O’Hara, Jr. (wife, Colleen); grandchildren: Jessica O’Hara, Michael O’Hara, Jr., Nicole Velazquez, Robert Snyder, and James O’Hara.

In addition to his parents, John is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Kristen Snyder.

Services for John will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
