Jill Lynette Bacon, 39 of Townsend, Delaware passed away at her home, Friday, September 25, 2015.
Born on May 7, 1976 in Wilmington, Delaware, Jill was the daughter of Earl L. Bacon and the late B.Linda Hughart-Bacon. Jill enjoyed reading, flower arranging, arts & crafts and being around children.
She is survived by her father Earl L. Bacon, her fiancé, Carroll Winseck, one sister, Tracie (Bill) Phelps, 3 nieces Denise L. (Tim) Ritchie, Tori Phelps and Hannah Winseck, 4 nephews, Ryan Phelps, Arron Madsen, Patrick Compton Jr. and Joshua Compton. Maternal Grandmother Frances Hughart. Aunts and Uncles including Kathy Bacon, Amy Bacon, Oran & Rhonda Bacon, Ron & Lisa Bacon, Ed & Janet Hughart, Frank & Debbie Hughart, Russ & Sharon Hughart. Numerous cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her brother Dale L. Bacon, paternal Grandparents Thomas & Ruth Bacon; Grandfather Bill Whalen. Maternal Grandfather Dempsey S. Hughart. Uncles David Dunn, Mike Bacon and Aunt Sandy Dunn.

Jill was more than a niece. She was a best friend, a confidante and a sister by heart. We shared many memories both happy and sad. I don't trust just anyone with my children but I trusted Jill. She was in the delivery room with me and my competition for love from my baby girl Kirsten. There will always be a void in my life without her here. Our relationship was a bit stained these last few years among us but the truth is I never stopped loving and caring for her. She will be missed more than words can say. I will only survive without her focusing on all the good times we shared together. My first most avid memory of time spent was celebrating her 10th birthday together. She was with us and leaned on midriff abs her unclear during the wrist event of bet life. I feel blessed to know Jill and pray that she is finally in peace. Love you like no other. You were my left hand when we lived together and beyond. I treasure the bond we formed and will cherish your memory always. RIP my dear friend and niece Jill. <3
