Emily St. Onge was born on Jan. 3rd, 1993 and parted this world March 25th, 2024. She was 31 years old.
Emily was all the things. Smart, stubborn, caring, funny, generous, and beautiful (inside and out). She loved the water, beach or pool. It called to her. Outside was her favorite place to be. It’s no wonder that her favorite color was yellow, like the sun. She would close her eyes and throw her head back and smile like they were old friends. As much as her and the sun were friends, coffee was her true love! Emily always said that first sip of the day touched her soul. A close second was bread. “Any kind, any time” was her motto. But even with all of that, her kids were her world. Emily was the BEST mom. Attentive and patient, nurturing and kind. Her kids carry so much of her in themselves. Being shy, but making friends easily, a love for animals and a crazy sense of humor. Emily, also, participated in raising money for Pediatric Cancer with Alex’s Lemonade and involved her son in that experience. Once again, showing her generous nature and parenting by example.
Emily is survived by her mother, Donna St. Onge; father, Joseph St. Onge; children: Logan J. Hardy and Lorelei E. Hardy; siblings: Rebecca Rising and Kelly St. Onge; grandmother, Maureen St. Onge, niece, Layla Rising; and nephew, Beau Rising; as well as a whole community of friends and adopted “family” both near and far.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Sally and John Kwiatkowski and paternal grandfather, Robert St. Onge.
