Debbie and I were friends for @25 years. We met when we both sang in the Cecil County Choral Society. Although I moved away from the area years ago, Debbie and I would email often and meet up when I was back in the area for a concert, etc. Cards-I have one for every calendar holiday! She would always show up -she came to my father's graveside service last December and to a yard sale in May at my parents' home in MD. She was a faithful friend, and I will miss her greatly! Much sympathy expressed to her family.

I had the pleasure of working with Deb for over 25 years, she was a light for me. She was a lovely woman who I will miss greatly. I remember her doing her hula hoop in the office at the end of the day. We always talked when I saw her. She was a joy to be around. She always dressed up for Halloween, a Witch, Little Red Riding Hood, A Renfaire maiden. I am so sorry for the family' loss.

Debbie was one of little words, but she made such a big impact on those she worked with. I had the pleasure of working with her at DCSS and she truly made my day the first time I received a holiday card from her. I hadn’t been there that long and didn’t even realize she knew my name. With that gesture, I knew she was special, to do something so simple and selfless for others in the place that was her home away from home. She will surely be missed. Sleep in peace my friend. Humbly submitted, Kimberly Williams

Debby was my neighbor and friend for many years and I will truly miss her. She was always such a sweet caring person. During the summer she would sit on her little deck and read. She also had made friend with my cat Gwhim she would give a litte milk everyday and he would wait for her to come home from work. She will missed as she always had time to stop n say hello no matter what. God has gained another angel. My prayers to her entire family.
