Christina Ann Podolak

Christina Ann Podolak, age 54, of Elkton, MD, passed away on October 26, 2025. She was born on October 31, 1970 in Wilmington, DE to the late Paul and Marguerite Podolak (nee Copare).

Christina grew up in far north eastern Maryland in Cecil County and was a proud 1992 graduate of Elkton High School. She joined the Cecil County Activity Center not long after graduation and loved participating in the Special Olympics. Christina was the youngest of 29 first cousins and loved her family dearly. Growing up with a big loving family, Christina had a lot of support and love around her. Especially when it came to her maternal grandmother who owned and operated “Christina’s Beauty Salon” in Newport, DE in the 70’s in honor of her granddaughter. Her parents, Paul and Marge, were always complimented on how well they had raised Christina. In her past time, she loved listening to country music and was a huge WWE fan who attended wrestling events at the Bob Carpenter Center.

Christina is survived by her brother, Stephen Podolak, and many cousins.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made payable to “Mount Aviat Academy” and sent in care of the R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., P.O. Box 248 Rising Sun, MD 21911.
