I taught with your mother at Glasgow. She was such a wonderful teacher and friend. Nothing was too much for her. Her heart was always open. Her love for her family was always present.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
Arizona Prinkey left a message on January 27, 2023:
I’ll always remember how loving and passionate Charlotte was. She was always involved and supportive of her children and took great pride in being their mother. She always had a smile on her face everytime I saw her. I remember seeing her and Pete at Dave’s concerts at the beach in the summer, how she was always dressed in red white and blue. They couldn’t have been more proud of their son, it was always wonderful to see. I’ll always remember her smile and the love she had for her family.

Brianne, I remember your mom coming to every single track meet at Newark High School and proudly cheering not just for you, but for our entire team. I remember her bringing blankets to share when the meets were cold. I know she was an ardent supporter of the marching band, too, but for me, I remember her on the infield of the track in her pink wool coat or her yellow jacket hat. I am sorry for your loss and wish you all peace.

I was so sad to see this today. I met Ms. Eggink when I used to work at Ramsey Ford. She turned into one of our favorite customers. She was always happy. I remember she would crochet/knit when she was waiting on her car/truck to get worked on. It was a pleasure to have known her.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Dear Colleen,David, Brianne and family, I was so very sorry to hear of Charlotte’s passing, my heart sank! I first met her in 1970( I believe) at Claymont High School. I was immediately drawn to her confidence, warmth and enthusiastic nature. As many, we all went our separate ways after graduation to continue our education and start our families. A few of us after one of our reunions started a little group ( of 5, one long distance) which we’ve dubbed “ The Exteen’s Club”) I reconnected with Char on Facebook over a post in which she was ambiguously recommending a medical test. This prompted me to reach out to her. Well, we gave the other “ club” members a wonderful surprise one day and she has been a meaningful part of us ever since!! We’ve admired her strength, courage, positivity, gratitude, humbleness….we could go on and on. We’ll miss our dear friend greatly as I know so many will. So Rest in Peace dear friend. Until we all meet again!❤️❤️????
