Ceaser Gabriel Flores of Elkton, MD, age 5 months, passed away Friday, August 11, 2017. He was born on March 17, 2017 in Elkton, MD to Juan Flores and Patricia Milliner.
In addition to his parents, Ceaser is survived by his maternal grandmother, Jacqueline Milliner; paternal grandparents: Bertha Morales and Pascual Flores; maternal great-grandparents: Patsy Frady and her husband, Larry and Wayne Milliner and his wife, Alice; uncle, James Milliner, uncle, Nicholas Klevis, uncle, Sergio Flores; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service in Ceaser’s honor will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Oxford Church of God, 198 Barnsley Rd., Oxford, PA 19363. Family and friends may begin visiting at 10AM. Burial will follow at West Nottingham Cemetery.
