Brenda Lee Rozek, age 51, of Conowingo, MD passed away after a brief and sudden illness on Sunday, September 16, 2012 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD surrounded by her loving family.

Brenda was born August 30, 1961 in Havre de Grace, MD. She spent her entire life in Conowingo, MD. Brenda worked for APG for over 20 years. After her father opened the Conowingo Veterans Center in 1992, she became the full time Assisted Living Manager. She put all of her time into caring for the residents there until she became ill. Brenda was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother; and adored her little yorkie and poodles.

She is survived by her parents, Frank D. Ragan, Sr. and JoAnne (Rock) Ragan of Conowingo, MD; husband, Neil E. Rozek of Conowingo, MD; daughters, Kristen Lowery of Conowingo, MD and Meghan Handy and husband, Michael of North East, MD; brothers, Frank D. Ragan, Jr and wife, Rhonda of Conowingo, MD, Kenneth D. Ragan and wife Deborah of Oxford, FL; Eric D. Ragan and wife, Raye Lynn of Conowingo, MD and 2 grandchildren, Makenzy and Chandler Lowery. She will be dearly missed.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 111 S. Queen Street, Rising Sun, MD with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will follow services at Pleasant Grove UMC Cemetery in Peach Bottom, PA.
