I got to know Betty through Janes. My husband knew her well, as they both lived close for so long. She would always greet us with a "hi neighbor"! I'll surely miss that fun greeting, and smiling face. May her family be comforted by the many friends she had at Janes and in this community.

Betty gave a smile to every path she crossed... We were ole' neighbors.... when I use to live on Connelly Rd. and in the later years, I still saw her at church. I will miss her soft spoken voice. May you all, find comfort in your very precious memories.

Like most people in the area I've know Betty for a long time. I used to go with Jean and Doug to her house for ice cream - that woman loved ice cream and always had several flavors on hand :-) She was a really nice lady and it's hard to believe that she'll no longer be around. She'll be missed by a lot of people.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I have known Betty almost all my life. She was a lovely lady and will be missed. I will miss her coming in the Rock Springs Deli getting her Cecil Whig. Prayers for all of the family.

Dear Diane and family members, my heart goes out to each of you. The day after Betty died was the day that I and my family buried my father John Parke at age 100 in Springfield, Massachusetts. I am a friend of Betty's daughter, Diane Bradford, from Ashburn, VA, where I used to live and where we participated in the same small group and Bible study. With sorrow and with sincere sympathy and prayers in Jesus' name, Rev. Richard Parke Mechanicsburg, PA 17055
