Audrey Mae Cooper, age 79 of Port Deposit, MD passed away on December 21, 2018. She was born on March 15, 1939 in Lancaster County, PA to the late J. Clyde Lutz and Nellie B. (Dull) Lutz.
Audrey graduated from Pequea Valley High School in 1957. She dedicated 20 years to Stoner Inc. in PA where she worked as a Production Worker. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing Bingo and various board games. She also watched NASCAR and rooted for her favorite driver, Dale Earnhardt, Jr.
Audrey is survived by her sons: John Cooper and his wife, Hazel of Airville, PA and Daryl Cooper and his wife, Robin of Allentown, PA; daughter, Cathy Pierce of Port Deposit, MD; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
A celebration of Audrey’s life will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 11am at New Providence Church of God, 269 Cinder Road, New Providence, PA 17560. Family and friends may attend the visitation beginning at 10am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to, “Amedisys Hospice” and sent in care of R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., P.O. Box 248, Rising Sun, MD 21911.
