Ann L. Knight, 73, of Elkton, MD passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Laurelwood Care Center.
Born September 19, 1941 in Newark, DE, Ann was the daughter of the late Frederick and Lucille (Mayer) Taylor. Ann enjoyed crocheting and visiting the beach but what she cherished most was her time spent with her wonderful family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Ann is survived by her two sons, Harry Knight of Elkton, MD and Kevin Knight of Dickinson, TX; daughter, Linda Brannen of Middletown, DE; sister, Helen Malin of Phoenix, AZ; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Harry Knight, Sr. who passed away in 2011.
A celebration of Ann’s life will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made payable to Amedisys Hospice and sent in care to R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 259 E. Main St., Elkton, MD 21921.
