William Randolph Biggs (“Randy”), age 58, of Loveland, CO, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Franklin Square Medical Center.
Born on July 27, 1959, Randy was the son of Betty L. Biggs and the late William H. Biggs. He was a graduate of Bohemia Manor High School class of 1977. After graduating from Louisville Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Laboratory Science, he worked as a medical lab technician, traveling the country for nearly twenty years of his career. Randy enjoyed astrology and loved cars, it didn’t matter if they were classic or modern he enjoyed them all. However, his greatest passion was traveling whether it was for work or pleasure, being on the road and seeing new places was what brought him joy.
Randy is survived by his mother, Betty Biggs; brother, Charles T. Biggs; sister, Madalyn Biggs; brother-in-law, John Albright; niece, Angela Rodgers and her husband, Richard and their children: Jacob and Tyler Rodgers; and his beloved canine-nephew, Fred. Including his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Christine L. Albright.
A graveside service will be held at 11am on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Bethel Cemetery, 312 Bethel Cemetery Road, Chesapeake City, MD 21915. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to the Chesapeake City VFW Post 7687 and sent in care of R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 259 E. Main St., Elkton, MD 21921.
