Ms Romberger was the best teacher at RSES. We were so lucky to have her as my daughter’s teacher over 15 yrs ago. It was the best start my daughter could have had. Her love and support of her students was unbelievable and so much appreciated.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I am so very sorry to hear of Vicki's passing. She was one of my daughter's kindergarten teacher at Rising Sun. She was always so warm and loving. We were so happy when we found out she moved to Bainbridge after the redistricting that moved my kids there. Haley loved going to her classroom to be a helper for the other kindergarten students. She will truly be missed. I am praying for your family during this time.

Mrs. Romberger was my kindergarten teacher at Rising Sun Elementary. I was held back in Kindergarten meaning I got to have Mrs. Romberger two years in a row which I now view as a blessing. As a kid back then I couldn't of been more embarrassed to have been held back and was nervous that I would be made fun of. But Mrs. Romberger made sure I was comfortable and made me feel like I was more important than ever often giving me special attention and opportunities in the classroom. I look back fondly on those moments. Around 10 years later me and my good buddy went to visit her at Bainbridge when he graduated because he also had her as his kindergarten teacher and to my surprise she instantly remembered both of our names and gave us both hugs. I definitely thought because of all the kids she had taught since then she would not have remembered one face so long ago but indeed she did. She was an absolute gem of a woman and a teacher who truly cared about her students. I will never forget her and may she rest in peace.

Mrs. Romberger was one of the best Kindergarten teachers. My son and all of her students loved her. I used to volunteer in her classroom many years ago. I remember at the last day of school she had a beach party and actually had sand all over the classroom floor. There's nothing she wouldn't do to make a happy experience for her students. She was always smiling and had positive words to say to everyone. She will be missed by so many. Heaven definitely gained an angel. My condolences go out to her family. R.I.P beautiful lady.
