Sandra “Sandy” Michele Lane, age 47, of Elkton, MD, passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2022. She was born in San Diego, CA to Alvin and Constance (Walters) Partin.

Sandy worked for Honda Finance Customer Service in Wilmington, DE for over twenty years. She was an avid reader, who enjoyed reading romance novels. Sandy was a fanatic for all sports specifically, Phillies baseball. She loved being in the pool or at the beach, her favorite beach was Virginia Beach where she grew up. Sandy took great joy in making people laugh. She loved spending her free time with her husband, boys, and dogs where they would play video games, watch movies, cook food, and hang out together.

Sandy is survived by her husband, James Lane; two children: James Lane, Jr., and Riley Lane; twin sister, Suzanne Martin; sister, Jennifer Lee; two beloved dogs: Laney Lane and Koda Lane; two nephews: Chase Martin and Bryan Lee; and three nieces: Jessica Martin, Belinda Harris and Cassandra Lane.

Sandy was proud to be an organ donor, helping 4-5 people save their lives.

A celebration of life will be held at 12:00PM on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 259 East Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921 where friends and family may begin visiting at 11:00AM.
