I met Sandy when I was 11 years old whilst visiting my uncle who had just moved over to America. I will always remember how warm and welcoming she was and how delicious her home made sweet treats were too! Even tho I am yet to return to America- I have been kept up to date with Sandy and her love of the British royal family through my Nan who become her penpal for over 10 years ❤️

Sandy and I met because we were both married to troopers. She would always offer to help me with the annual Retired Association Christmas dinner, Sandy called me frequently when Major Denney died and cried along with me those many calls meant so much. Everyone loved Sandy's cookies. Such a good friend to have, I know she will be missed by many.

I HAVE KNOWN SANDY FOR A LONG TIME. WE DID A YARD SALE TOGETHER ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO. WE WOULD ALWAYS TALK WHEN SHE CAME TO GET SERVICE ON HER VEHICLE. SHE WAS A GREAT AND VERY FUNNY LADY. ALWAYS HAD US LAUGHING AT HER STORIES. SHE WILL BE DEEPLY MISSED HERE AT SHERIDAN. MY PRAYERS AND THOUGHTS ARE WITH HER FAMILY.

I work at Sheridan Ford where sandy purchased her cars from me and also got service done here as well. She was such a light when she came into the dealership. She ALWAYS had something smart to say to me, then gave me cookies or muffins that she had made. Everyone at Sheridan has been very sad when we learned of her passing. Thoughts and prayers from the Sheridan Ford Family.

It was always wonderful talking to Sandy. Over the years we talked about so many things to include cooking. A few years ago she asked me for a chicken and dumplings recipe and would tell me every time she made them. She will be missed by not only myself, but everyone.
