Dennis Lionel Lee left a message on August 8, 2021:
I helped contribute to the gray hairs of Norman's mother, as I lived across the street from the Jugler family. Norman and I used to run around and get into everything. I have good memories of Norman "popping wheelies" on his Dad's Cub Cadet lawnmower as he "...mowed the lawn..." My deepest sympathies to the Jugler family on their recent losses of Normand and his Mother, Mrs. Jugler.

David Bradford, Chaplain, Mason-Dixon Post 194 left a message on June 9, 2021:
To the Jugler Family, Bob's many friends and acquaintances at Mason-Dixon Post 194 were saddened by his passing. We realize how mere words fail to express our deep and abiding sympathy. But, we remember his service to his country and community. Because of Bob and the Legion's of men like him, our lives are "free", because of them, our nation lives; and because of Bob and the legions like him, our world is blessed. May God grant him everlasting light and peace.

Norm was my counterpart from 1996-2000 and was a truly professional person! I often found myself turning to him for advise and was never disappointed in doing so! He was a really good guy, who was looked up to by many! RIP my friend! Dupe
Will Curtis left a message on June 9, 2021:
As a young airman, Jugler showed my "future self" how to be a better supervisor, unassuming mentor, supportive family member and friend. As a fellow retiree of the ANG, his impact continues to mold me as he's done for countless people he interacted with over his lifetime. I think back on his influence and realize a lot of his traits continue to guide me and shows in the friendship I share with others. I regretfully will not be able to attend the service but his contribution, service to country and guidance will not be forgotten ... IYAAYAS

Tes left a message on June 8, 2021:
You started as the father of my dear friend. You became my friend and quickly thereafter like family. I could call you for the smallest of favors like an electrical issue or repairs and you were always there. A ride from the airport...no problem. When I chose to buy a VW Thing but I wasn't even in the states you went and looked it over and took it back to your shop to start stripping it down for a paint job. The list of helpful moments could go on but my fondest memories will be the messages from you out of the blue but my birthday will never be the same because for the last 17 years you were the first message I received and the first that I would send out as we shared that day together. October 27 will always be "our day". Forever in my soul. I will love you to Thailand and back.....someday we shall go their together my friend. Tes
