Nancy Ann Davis, age 75 of Elkton, MD passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 25, 2023. She was born on March 4, 1948, in Elkton, MD, to the late Leroy Hardin Baker and Katherine Sarah (Biggs) Baker.

Nancy worked for many years as a Research Analyst in the Horse Racing industry. She loved to travel anywhere and everywhere and was able to visit Holland, Alaska, and the Bahamas. Nancy enjoyed spending time painting and playing card games with friends. Rummikub was their game of choice. Her greatest love and pleasure was her family.

Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Donald E. Davis, Sr.; son, Donald Davis, Jr.; grandchildren: Josh Boutchyard, Richie Meekins, Jr., Baylen Davis and his partner, Briana Brand, and Sydney Davis and her partner, Matthew Tolbird; great-granddaughter, Tessa Boutchyard; sisters: Rita Yonko, Christine Poore and her husband, Marian, and Deborah Foley Corron and her husband, Matt; and brothers: Gary Baker and his wife, Mariann, Dennis Baker and his wife, Kathy, and Charles Baker.

In addition to her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Davis Meekins; brother, Raymond L. Baker; and sister, Betty J. Foster.

A celebration of Nancy’s life will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023, at 11:00 AM at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 259 East Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921. Family and friends may begin visiting at 10:00 AM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your charity of choice in memory of Nancy Davis and sent in care of the funeral home.
