I enjoyed many cups of early morning coffee with Bobby and the posse that assembled each morning. Always the gentleman, he greeted everyone and freely shared his knowledge and advice to those in need. He made certain that there were kind words and laughs to help everyone start their day. He was often the voice of reason. Those of us that were present benefited from the time he shared with us to make life more pleasant. We are grateful, and mourn the loss with his family and friends.

I have fond memories of Bob and Clarissa coming down and us visiting in Maryland. I remember a story Clarissa use to tell of when they were first married and came down to visit Pat and Granny (and other family). They had traveled overnight to get here and were tired, Pat and Granny were eating breakfast when they arrived. Pat offered Bob a cup of coffee (this was their first time meeting), Clarissa said that Bob took a sip of coffee and about died, Pat liked his coffee strong--really, REALLY strong. I can hear her laughing no remembering her telling this story. Bob was a good person and I know he'll be greatly missed by all of his family. Although we can't be there our thoughts and prayers will be with everyone during this time. Terry, Debbie and Catherine Sexton
