Kevin Anthony Puckett, age 27, of Rising Sun, MD passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. He was born in Baltimore, MD on May 24, 1994 to Robert Anthony Puckett and Anita Elisabeth (Robertson) Puckett.
Kevin graduated from Rising Sun High School in 2012. He had a great talent for wood working. Kevin loved animals, fishing and being ‘Uncle Kevin’. Kevin was a shining light that left us too soon.
Kevin is survived by father, Robert Puckett; mother, Anita Puckett; two siblings: Jennifer Wyatt (Alan) and Bobby Puckett; three nieces: Alina, Kennedy, and Avery; two nephews: Eli and Ben; grandparents, Clyde and Karin Robertson and Rufus and Brigitte Puckett; uncle Thomas Puckett (Liz); two aunts: Susan Pearce (Dan) and Kim Ewers (Jeff); several cousins; and his furry best friend, Jax. Our son is at peace now.
A celebration of Kevin’s life will be held on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at 3:00 PM at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 111 South Queen Street, Rising Sun, MD 21911 where friends and family may begin visiting at 1:00 PM. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made payable to Cecil County Animal Services and sent in care of R.T. Foard Funeral Home, PO Box 248, Rising Sun, MD 21911.
