





Kathleen A. Faunce, age 60, of Elkton, MD passed away on January 23, 2020. She was born on March 24, 1959 in Pittsburgh, PA to Mary Ann Witucki (Mohan) and the late Don Witucki.
Kathleen was a school teacher for most of her life and taught grades K through 8. She also had a passionate love for animals. In addition to the goats on her goat farm, Kathleen raised dogs, chickens, birds, horses, cats, ferrets, and rabbits. Kathleen will be especially missed on the water of the Chesapeake Bay where she owned a boat.
Kathleen is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Lawrence Scott Faunce; stepdaughter, Loгi A. Faunce and her partner Aгtem Zaгutskiy of Reston, VA; stepdaughter, Carrie A. Strong and her husband Dennis of Schwenksville, PA; 4 grandchildren: Aгiоn Mitchell, Aпde Mitchell, Ava Rose Strong, and Braeden Strong; and mother, Mary Ann. In addition to her father, Kathleen is preceded in death by her brother, Matthew Witucki.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to “Chesapeake Bay Foundation” and sent in care of R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 259 East Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921.
