Jeffery Alan Schneider of Newark, DE, age 63, passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021.  Jeffery was born on February 14, 1958 in Wilmington, DE to Doris Mae (Hart) Burbage and the late Donald Larry Schneider.

Jeffery was a very much loved guy, his family and friends will remember him as a very happy person and full of life.  He never had a complaint.  Jeffery was a collector of many things:  coins, newspapers, stamps, war memorabilia.  He never threw anything away.  He had a love of music, especially country.  Jeffery loved nature and the outdoors.  He especially loved his rescue cat, Boo.

Jeffery is survived by his mom, Doris Mae (Hart) Burbage; brothers:  Steven Schneider, John Schneider; and sister, Jeanine Faust.  In addition to his father, Jeffery is preceded in death by his brother, William Gregory Burbage; and step-father, William C. Burbage.

A celebration of Jeffery’s life will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at R. T. Foard & Jones, 122 W. Main Street, Newark, DE 19711 where family and friends may start visiting at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will be held immediately after at St. Johns United Methodist Cemetery in Lewisville, PA.
