Jean Cameron Harrington, age 91, of Elkton, MD, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. She was born on January 15, 1934 in Raleigh, NC to the late Charles Macalester Gilliam, Jr. and Virginia (Randolph) Gilliam.
Jean loved her family dearly. She enjoyed playing Bridge and spending time with her two cats, Tabby and Jeff. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Jean is survived by her two sons: Benjamin Franklin Harrington IV and his wife, Sandra, and Charles Macalester Harrington and his wife, Jacquelyne; four grandchildren: Benjamin Franklin Harrington V and his wife, Meagan, Rachael Koch, Andrew Harrington, and Jack Harrington; and two great-grandchildren: Britney Koch and Bradley Koch. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Benjamin Franklin Harrington III.
