Janine E. Fraticelli, age 58 of North East, MD passed away peacefully on September 26, 2017 after a brief fight with terminal cancer. She was born on December 21, 1958 in Elkton, MD to Amos Preston Jones, Sr. and Carrie Lee Jones.

Janine will be remembered for her caring and loving ways. She worked in Healthcare for over 15 years where she began as a nurse’s aide and later went on to become an LPN where she touched the lives of many individuals. Janine won several awards for her exceptional care and dedication. She enjoyed collecting antiques, especially Depression Glass. She also enjoyed planting and admiring her numerous pots of flowers and plants.

Janine is survived by her husband of 35 years, Francis “Fran” Fraticelli; daughter, Gina Fraticelli; son, Joey Fraticelli; stepson, Brian Fraticelli; brothers: Alan Jones, Pete Jones, and Bobby Jones; sisters: Patty Jones and Mary Biron; and countless extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Janine’s life will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 3pm at the Life Event Center at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 111 S. Queen Street, Rising Sun, MD 21911.
