Jane Elizabeth Colley, age 85 of Colora, MD passed away on January 7, 2022. She was born on January 9, 1936 in Baltimore, MD to the late Frank Peters and Nona (Wasler) Peters.
Jane was a very special person. She had an innocence that made you love her. She was extremely loving and an overall good person. She didn’t stress about the small things in life. Jane adored her grandchildren and had nicknames for all of them. She married the love of her life, John Robert Colley and after he passed away, Jane remained widowed for 61 years.
Jane is survived by her daughters: Joan Runion and Janet Fruhling; grandchildren: Ben Cosner, Charles Oyler, Sharon Fruhling Farmer, and Christopher Fruhling; and great grandchildren: Daniel Cosner, Bailey Cosner, Benjamin Cosner, Jr., and Abigail Oyler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Robert Colley and brother, Carson Peters.
