James A. (Jimmy) Wright, 49, of Elkton, MD, passed away unexpectedly at his home June 7, 2015.
Born in Wilmington, DE on January 4, 1966, Jimmy was the son of Doris Fuller Wright and the late Donald E. Wright. He worked during his lifetime as a truck driver and also as an auto mechanic. He was an avid fisherman.
In addition to his mother, Jimmy is survived by his son Nicholas James Wright of North East; two sisters, Jackie Meadows and her husband James of North East, and Gracie Wright of Elkton; a nephew, Thomas Pierce II of Smyrna and three nieces, Stephanie Biggers, Kirsten Reed and Summer Reed, all of Elkton.
A service honoring his life will be held at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 111 South Queen St., Rising Sun, MD 2191 on Saturday June 13, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation beginning at 10:00. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the family via Jackie Meadows.
