Frederick Harold Birth, Jr. “Freddie”, age 55 of Wilmington, DE passed away on September 26, 2018. He was born on August 27, 1963 in West Chester, PA to Laura (Hess) Breeding and the late Frederick Harold Birth, Sr.

Freddie, “Junie” graduated from Middletown High School in 1981. Soon after graduation, he joined the US Army where he proudly served until 1987. After his military career, he went on to become a truck driver where he worked for many years. Freddie was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and was grateful to see the Eagles finally win the Super Bowl. Freddie and his wife, Vicki enjoyed watching NASCAR together and his favorite driver was Bobby Labonte.

Freddie is survived by his wife, Vicki Birth of Wilmington, DE; son, Eric William Birth of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; step-daughters: Dana Duman of Millsboro, DE and Dawn Duman of Middletown, DE; seven grandchildren; sister, Terry Greene and her husband, Ted of PA; and his mother, Laura Breeding and her husband, Ray of Elkton, MD.

A graveside service will be held in Freddie’s honor on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Delaware Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear, DE 19701. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to “Limen House” and sent in care of R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., P.O. Box 248, Rising Sun, MD 21911.
