Greg, Tom and family, I'm deeply sorry for your loss. I'll always remember Greg and I playing Farmville with Donna (and Fuzz Bear, of course) and passing much needed gifts back and forth everyday. I might not have ever really gotten to know her, but I got to know her son very well for four years and even lived with him....and from that I can say she was a terrific mother. She raised one of the finest young men I've ever had the pleasure of calling a friend. Love you, Greg. God bless your mom and your entire family. I wish I could make it down Wednesday morning, but I'll be there in spirit. Best wishes, Bert

My condolences to the family for your loss... although I haven't seen Donna since our UofD days, I spent many hours around a table, playing pinochle with her, and her future brother-in-law, Ken... she was a loving, sweet person, who always looked for the best in everyone. May all of your memories of wonderful, happy family times, bring you comfort and peace, and help heal your hearts as you grieve. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. With deepest sympathy, Carol (Ewing) Fretz

There are no words to express how sad I feel about Donna's passing. She was my neighbor (we both lived in George Reed Village) growing up and graduated from Newark High School together. She was in my husband and my wedding in October 1974. I haven't seen her since 1982; send a Christmas card in the early 1990s but never heard from her again and figured I had been too much of a pestering friend from childhood and since she had such a wonderful adult and family life she didn't necessarily want to be reminded of some tough times as they were for both of us growing up. She was a sweet and highly intelligent person and this world is a much less kind place without her. My sincere condolences to all her beautiful family. Peace and love to you and may your cherished memories bring you some comfort.

Donna lived down the street from me, and was in my class of 1972 at NHS, she was a sweet person, and will always be remembered.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
