Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
Chuck, my friend. You will be remembered by me as a man who stood in the gaps for others. A good man, light with laughter and Redwood strong for those in trouble and need. Here are some of my memories of you. Dating Gail, marrying Gail in Georgetown, CO, shooting pool with cousin Anson, waiting in your home for you to arrive with Adam from the hospital at his birth (I can't remember how we got into your house), building and tiling a deck at your first home off Broadway, Alex's birth homecoming, Santa Barbara olives, X-country skiing with Adam strapped to your back, skiing at Sol Vista for years with our families between Christmas and New Year's, New Year's candlelight brigades, Ski trips to Steamboat, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Vail, Crested Butte, Safari Camp and Telephone Man song sing-a-longs, Sharing dinner favorites (lots of these), breakfasts at Breakfast King on Santa Fe, our early morning runs at Wash Park before work, Sunday morning's margs and huevos rancheros at the Riv, fishing in Wyoming and the Roaring Judy fish hatchery, Pass the Pigs, Duffy's Irish Pub lunches, Mike's and Waterman's Crab Houses, Mike's Bar in Philly, and as I've heard Gail say many times, and that's not all, Greg.
Gail, Adam and Alex,
My heart goes out to you all. I'll remember his positive outlook on life, and his kindness. Just wish I could have enjoyed one of his pies I heard so much about! Gail - I'm sending you and the boys BIG hugs. Love you lots.
Gail, we just want you to know that we are sorry to hear about Chuck, he was a he was a good man and we know he will be missed greatly. We have included a couple of good picture memories of Chuck for you and your family.
I still can't believe he is gone. Just spoke to him on a conference call last Monday. He will be greatly missed by everyone in the telecommunications industry, as well as by many friends and family. Chuck always looked after, and protected his friends and people that worked for and with him. He also always made new friends everywhere he went. I have known Chuck since 2002, and worked with him at Martin Group, ION and the Midtel project. He was a great man, and a wonderful friend. It was my pleasure to take him fishing a couple of times, and to join him on a couple of pheasant hunts. Chuck was the most positive man I have ever met in this industry, and a joy to work with. I pray that God will comfort and soothe the minds of Gail, Adam, and Alex, and help them know that their husband and father was loved and respected by everyone that he knew, and everyone's life that he touched. "All roads lead to Ossian", was his favorite saying to me, while I was working on his B-TOP ION project, and we were all working out of Dansville! Rest easy Chuck, as the Lord has surely risen you up to his Pearly Gates, to join in the choirs of Heaven with him. He will never be forgotten!!
Chuck has friends where ever he spent any time!
Our thoughts & prayers are with Gale, Adam & Alex and the rest of Chuck's family. Chuck was such a great person, the world is definitely less with out his big smile and pat on the back. God bless, the South Dakota Weber's, Jerry, Vickie, Kelsey & Morgan
Dear Gail, Adam, and Alex. We were shocked to hear about Chuck! You know how much he meant to me. He was my best buddy for all those years in Denver, and Waynes fishing buddy! I was thinking on his Birthday I needed to call him and tease him because he was once again a year older than me. We hadn't talked in a while but he and you were never far from my thoughts. He will be sorely missed!
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all!
I don't know how to begin to express our sorrow for Chuck's passing. He was a great man, friend and boss. We have know Chuck and family for over 25 years and have many, many memories that we will teasure forever. Chuck provided great job opportunities also that allowed us to meet new friends in DE and many adventures there. Our last job under Chuck was in Upstate NY. Those friends and memories are the best ever. Chuck was always there to help on any project that someone needed help on with no reservations. I could take up all the space with stories but I know everyone has their own memories to cherish. Gail, Adam and Alex, thank you for sharing Chuck with us. My love to all and he will be in our hearts and stories forever just like Jim.
Dear Gail, Adam and Alex. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Chuck was such a wonderful person, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Love Barb and Robert.
My condolences to the Mason family for the loss of Chuck. Chuck was the best leader, mentor, and boss I have had in my telecommunications career. I worked for Chuck in Mitchell, SD when he rescued Martin Group. Chuck will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Curtis Healy, Friend and former employee. Lake City, SD. Feb. 4, 2019
Chuck was definitely one of the best at what he did, and accomplished so much in the world of Telecom. The fact that you could just say "Chuck" and almost everyone knew who you were talking about is a testament to the impact he had on people and the industry as a whole. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten by his Telecom family.
Gail and family; so very sorry and I wish there were words to help make this better. I know there is not, but please know that the impact Chuck had on our lives will never be forgotten and hopefully the memories help make this a little easier as time goes by.
