I served with Bryan for a number of years in 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment. Given our differences in jobs we did not interact much initially, but we still conversed regularly. During and after our deployment we became closer and I had gotten the pleasure of knowing him more and considering him a friend. Bryan was a "hard charger" and no nonsense kind of leader and Marine. It pains me to no end to see a good Marine and a good man go so soon. I will miss him greatly. Semper Fidelis, Sergeant Bartow.
I met Bryan when he was a guest in my home for Christmas celebration 2020. He was a perfect gentleman and a pleasure to share Christmas dinner with. It was evident he had a sharp mind complimented by skilled hands possessing a mechanical knowledge of their own in diagnosing a needed repair to my car. He was a pleasure to chat with and I truly felt the warmth of his personality. He will be missed and remembered for his generous helping spirit.
Ted, Kim and Family -- So sorry to hear about Bryan. I'm sure this has been really tough on you, thinking of you at this difficult time.

Dear Ted, Kim and Ben- I'm so sorry for your loss. I did not know Bryan well. However, he spent in Christmas morning with our family in December and we really enjoyed getting to know him. Ted, Kim and Ben, Our hearts are breaking for you at this most terrible time. My memory of Bryan was a kid who never gave up. When I heard he became a Marine, I was not surprised.
