We recently heard from another librarian that Barbara has left us. She meant many things to many people. Our association was primarily the Elkton library And Kohl's. We will greatly miss her kind words and beautiful friendly smile. She always brightened other people's day regardless of what was happening to her. She was one of the few special souls. The world needs more like Barbara.

I am so saddened by the loss of Barbara's presence in this world. I only knew her from our shared time at CCPL but from our very first meeting I knew her to be a giving, loving person who knew the value of kindness above all things. She had a light within that shined and that light will live on through those she met. God bless Barbara and her family.

We are so sorry to know of the passing of Barbara, and the huge loss in your family. Yet, it is so wonderful to know she was in her home, surrounded by so much love. Now you can be assured she is in Heaven, with Jesus, and without the physical pain she had here. Dave, you have been a testimony of the strength God will give you, to get up each day and be the best husband, father, cheerleader, advocate, provider, and friend to all, when you really don't want to, if you just ask him for it. Your faith and love in God will continue to carry you and your family now. Trust in his plan, reach out to others when you need it. We are still all here for you.

Dave, We will always remember Barb's beautiful smile that would light up a room when she entered...and her love of potato chips. You and your children can be comforted knowing that she is with Our Lord in Heaven right now. She has no pain, just eternal happiness and someday you will all be together again.
