April Lynn Kivlin, age 39, of Elkton, MD passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2018. She was born in Elkton, MD to Ronald Smart and the late Rosalind (Ruth) Smart.
April is survived by her two sons: John Kivlin, III, and Ryan Kivlin; sister, Rosalind Setting, two nieces: Madelyn Setting and Carly Setting, father, Ronald Smart, father and mother in-law John Kivlin, Sr. and his wife, Theresa, and aunt Bonita Shuler and her husband, Dwayne. In addition to her mother, April is preceded in death by her husband, John Kivlin, Jr.
Services for April will be held privately at the conveniences of the family.
