Agnes Ida Sellare, age 93 of Perryville passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, May 22, 2025. Born on June 30, 1931, in Perryville, MD, she was the daughter of the late Dominic Ernest Rapposelli and Teresa Antionette (D’Andreamatteo) Rapposelli.

Agnes worked as a Toll Sargent for the State of Maryland for 32 years until her retirement. She dedicated her career to serving the public with integrity and warmth. Agnes was a world traveler, enjoying the rich cultures of the Holy Land, Egypt, Russia, Ireland, Italy, France, Switzerland, and various Islands. Her passion for traveling inspired her to take cruises and led her to travel to all 50 states within the United States. Agnes had a love for shopping, finding joy in discovering new treasures and watching QVC, where she could always be found perusing the latest offerings.

Agnes was a devoted member of the Good Shepherd Parish and held her faith close to her heart. Agnes led a life full of adventure and rich experiences that touched the hearts of many.

Agnes is survived by her nephew, Jeffrey R. Dennis (wife, Darla), and many other nieces and nephews; brother, William Rapposelli (wife, Ann), sister, Edna Ballard, sisters-in-law: Ida Rapposelli, Mary Ann Rapposelli, and Gladys Hindman.

In addition to her parents, Agnes is preceded in death by her three brothers, Sylvester Rapposelli, Rocci Rapposelli, and Sterling Rapposelli; and sister, Mary Dennis.

A celebration of Agnes’ life will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 11:30 am, at Good Shepherd Church, 831 Aiken Ave., Perryville, MD 21903, where family and friends may begin visiting at 10:30 am. Burial will follow at Mt. Erin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to “Good Shepherd Church”, sent in care of R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., P.O.
